Title based on the contents of the image.

Annotation on verso: 'Back garden - small house on right torn down and large home built. This house started with one floor then a few years later was raised and then about 1932-33 after the new CNR passenger ship came through the narrows too quickly during the Dec. high tides the waves she made came through the front door so it was time to move house back 10 feet and raised again to accommodated a basement. Back steps were removed from middle of house and put on the west corner of main floor.'
