Item is a digital recording documenting the moving of the Parrott house, which was originally located at 663 17th Street, and some pre-move footage of family members at the house. The house was built in 1936 by Herbert Joseph Parrott, on a lot across the street from Gertrude Lawson's house. It was moved to Squamish in 1964. The tape is narrated by his son, Herbert (Bert) Parrott, who was one of the first two Auxiliary Constables in West Vancouver. Bert Parrott and family lived at 1225 Haywood Avenue.
