- File consists of documents and photographs relating to the British Pacific Properties Company Cottage located at 742 Keith Road. The house was built in 1938 on Crestline Drive, the first structure to be built in the British Properties. King George VI and Queen Elizabeth were served tea at the cottage after the official opening of the Lions Gate Bridge during thier visit in 1939. The cottage was moved to Keith Road in 1946. The file was created and compiled in support of the creation of the West Vancouver Heritage Inventory.
