Scope and Content

File consists of correspondence between C.M.C. [Clerk Municipal Council] James Ollason and various correspondents. The correspondence is arranged in chronological order within alphabetical sub-headings based on correspondent surname or organizational name. Correspondence for this year has been retained in its entirety, in order to provide a sample of the nature and quantity of correspondence handled by the department during the early development of the District. Some correspondence included in the file falls outside the specified date range.
